Hey! I have a quick question if anyone can help. So in my late teens I’ve had my fair share of acne. A little while back I discovered the miracle that is pimple patches. I bought a pack of the peach slice acne spot dots and they did an amazing job, my pimples disappeared in like a day or two. Once I ran out I bought another pack, only this time, the patches didn’t help at all. I figured maybe it was just a bad batch so I got another pack. This time they still didn’t help with my pimples AND they were really painful to take off. They left sticky residue on my skin and would sometimes leave me bleeding. I decided to try the Panoxyl pimple patches instead and they still don’t help much and are uncomfortable to remove. I don’t think I have overly sensitive skin. Can your skin become sensitive to pimple patches over time? What should I do?

I wanted to try your cleanser so bad, but I did open not only one but 2 of your Cleansers everyone raves about...not one but BOTH boxes I open to view the packaging broke on the seam. I was scared to purchase it because the first time I opened not only one but two different boxes of your Cleansers both broke in the two peices on the spine of the cap. Have you had any other complaints.. I know you're trying to keep costs down, the makers of your packaging need to strengthen the tops of Cleansers. This made me so sad. My skin is a bid dry at the moment, especially in winter, and I think my hormones play a part as well., my skin is like combination, i have a oily T zone, but my skin has been dry, and my normal skincare is not enough, so I have 2 acne scars.im 46, so I stopped now for 3 days and clean my face with water and a KC cloth,and I use Aquaphor, it is oilybut it stats clearing my marks and it's nice under eyes, and Aquaphor can be used as a primmer, I still want to try it. But Aquaphor is really good, I have been using it at night, make sure I use my cleanzer then with the kc cloth, make Shure your hand and face is clean, then ally Aquaphor, and put some on your eye brows and eye lashes and lips, or use the Eucerin lip balm,that's all that helps, Aquaphor has been a game changer for this past 3 days, but yes I know I can't use it every night, but im also going to start using Castor oil on my face, and even if you just try and wash your face with plain water, in the morning you don't get al, the Aquaphor of, and your skin is soft, I think I must still only put Aquaphor on the dry areas or a very thin layer, because it is oily like Vaseline, but it's nothing like Vaseline. Aquaphor is a product that I will want to Cary in my hand bag every day
